Operational risks are high, as the business model is still being tested on a large scale, and revenue may be nonexistent or incipient. Capital raised during this phase is primarily allocated to hiring the core team, technological improvements, and initial customer acquisition strategies. Early Stage investors accept greater risks in exchange for a more significant equity stake at a lower valuation, betting on the potential for future exponential growth.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Practical Example:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> A logistics technology (LogTech) startup has developed software that optimizes delivery routes. It already has 10 paying clients in a pilot project. To expand to other cities and hire three more developers, it is seeking \u201cSeed\u201d investment of R$1.5 million.
