O objetivo \u00e9 validar todas as informa\u00e7\u00f5es apresentadas pela startup durante o pitch e as negocia\u00e7\u00f5es iniciais, visando mitigar riscos. O processo abrange quatro \u00e1reas principais: <\/span><b>Jur\u00eddica<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (contratos com clientes, regularidade societ\u00e1ria, marcas e patentes); <\/span><b>Financeira<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (extratos banc\u00e1rios, d\u00edvidas, fluxo de caixa e obriga\u00e7\u00f5es fiscais); <\/span><b>Tecnol\u00f3gica<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (propriedade intelectual do c\u00f3digo, seguran\u00e7a de dados e escalabilidade da infraestrutura); e <\/span><b>Operacional<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (an\u00e1lise da equipe e processos internos). A Due Diligence pode durar de algumas semanas a meses e \u00e9 a etapa final antes da transfer\u00eancia do capital.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Exemplo Pr\u00e1tico:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Um fundo de Venture Capital enviou um Term Sheet para uma startup de sa\u00fade (HealthTech). Antes de transferir o dinheiro, o fundo contrata advogados e contadores para verificar se a startup possui as licen\u00e7as sanit\u00e1rias necess\u00e1rias para operar, se o software realmente pertence \u00e0 empresa e se n\u00e3o existem processos trabalhistas ocultos.
